Is Lite clinically lower quality than the full licence?
No. Lite is narrower in configuration, organisational features, integrations, onboarding and service. It is designed around the standard Spotlight-AQ assessment-to-care-plan workflow rather than a configured deployment.
Why is Lite less expensive?
It is self-managed and standardised. The full licence includes the additional work and infrastructure needed for local configuration, organisational analytics, integrations, implementation, governance and formal support requirements.
Can several clinicians share a Solo login?
No. Solo is for one named clinician. Small practices should use Teams so each clinician has an appropriate named account.
When should we choose the full licence?
Choose it for multiple sites, custom pathways or resources, cohort reporting, integrations, structured procurement, higher-scale deployment or formal service requirements.
Is Spotlight-AQ diagnostic AI?
No. Spotlight-AQ supports assessment conversations and care planning; it does not diagnose or replace clinician judgement.
How does annual billing work?
Solo is £588 for 12 months. Teams is £540 per named clinician for 12 months, with a two-clinician minimum. Monthly options are billed monthly. VAT may apply and will be confirmed before purchase.
